Meet Isabelle! Passionate about science from a young age and a true foodie, Isabelle decided to create a magazine focused on all things food science.

 

Although she loves to read, Isabelle sometimes finds it difficult to find time to do so. With her busy schedule, she decided to create a magazine with short but informative articles so that people like her could still quench their curiosity on their own schedules.

Isabelle hopes that her readers can get a taste of the excitement that she feels upon discovering each mind-opening study, while also never forgetting the child-like wonder with the world around them.
